The 'Anatomy' is comprised of a series of statements that an organisation with a world-class operation would use to describe themselves.

To complete the diagnostic, you should compare your own organisation with these statements and score it for:
1.  Impact - what impact would being able to describe your organisation in this way have on its performance?  (5 - Transformational, 1 - no impact)
2. Proficiency - how well does this statement describe your organisation today? (5 - this is us every day, 1 - only in our dreams)

Completing the diagnostic should take no longer than 5-10 minutes.
