All students have different strengths, abilities, and talents. For teenage students with an IEP,  it's imperative for them to work with their families to explore the possibilities that exist beyond high school. Columbus City Schools can help. During this week's Virtual Family Engagement Sessions, we will preview the CCS Transition Fair - an opportunity for students with an IEP ages 14+ and their families to learn about the transition from high school to adulthood. Community Partners and Transition Coordinators will be available to talk with families about: Postsecondary Supports, Training Options, Employment Resources, Independent Living Services, and Day Habilitation Services.
