Le Comité organisateur du SJPD 2020 est à la recherche de bénévoles pour aider avec les tâches suivantes les 5 et 6 mars 2020: accueillir les participants à la table d'inscription, agir comme modérateur pendant les présentations, s'occuper du bon déroulement des repas et aider avec la préparation des salles. Une semaine avant l'événement, vous recevrez un lien vers un Google Doc, où vous pourrez vous inscrire comme bénévole dans les plages-horaires qui vous conviennent, pour les tâches de votre choix. Nous vous ferons également parvenir une description plus détaillée des tâches.

The 2020 JPDS Organizing Committee is looking for volunteers to help with the following tasks on March 5th and 6th: welcome participants at the registration table, act as a moderator during the presentations, ensure everything goes smoothly during food breaks and help with room preparation. One week before the event, you will be sent a link to a Google Doc, where you will be able to sign up as a volunteer for the time slots that fit your schedule and for your preferred tasks. We will also send you a more detailed description of the tasks.
