5-minute Brief Introduction
15-minute Mindfulness Practice (practice may vary)
10-minute Group Sharing & Discussion
What to prepare:
- Audio & Video-enabled computer/laptop/phone
- Zoom software (free to download here:

- Wifi connection
- Earpiece with mic
- A quiet space preferably
