Extensions to your pass are $40 + GST for up to 2months and $20/mo after.  If you are still in the middle of your minimum commitment, your payments will still continue until it has ended and the time you take a break will be added on at the end of your minimum commitment e.g If your min. commitment ends Sept 2022 and you request a 2 month extension for July & Aug, you will still have monthly payments till Sept but Oct & Nov 2022 payments will be free. I would like to put my pass on hold, what if I don’t know the exact date that I would like to restart my pass?
The $40 fee allows your pass to be on hold for up to two months so if you’re not sure when you’ll be back, start with two months and if you get back before then, no problem you can let us know before your 1st class and we’ll get your pass started again. If you will be away for longer, please let us know a month before your pass is supposed to start up again and we can extend the hold for $20/month or portion of month. Also, if you start with a hold of shorter than two months, there’s no fee to extend the hold for up to two months in total.

Payment:  We will put a hold on your pass once we receive payment and you can notify us if you return back early from your time away so please select one of the following
Holiday transfers  Students with a current Continuous Pass (other than 10 Session) who will be away from the studio for 2 weeks or more may specify one non-member (does not have a current pass at ODY) to attend instead of them while they are away. This must be arranged ahead of time and non-member will receive their own scan card.
Please write down the student's (who needs to be a non-member), first & last name, email & phone #.  You can let them know they can simply come to the studio to fill out our waiver and pick up a scan card.
