I understand, and am in agreement with, the above mentioned school policies, expectations and contract requirements. I also understand that if I fail to comply with these policies, my child may lose his or her enrollment privilege.  A student's contract is binding for one school year. After a contract is signed, a student may not transfer to another magnet school for that school year.  However, a student may be released from the contract to attend a neighborhood school, if this is in the best interest of the student, with the consent of the magnet school principal, and after approval from the appropriate area director(s).              This contract is pending final determination that entrance requirements and contract renewal requirements have been maintained through the end of the current school year.   *
