Please complete this form if you want school breakfast and lunch meals provided for your home-based children Sept. 8 through Dec. 23, 2020.  Each child is eligible for one breakfast and one lunch.  Children attending school in-person are already receiving their free meals during this time.  Curbside service is available each day school is open during this period.

This is a CURBSIDE service only.  Meal pick up is available at the High School Kitchen Door (behind the GHS building) at Door #HS 8 between 12:45 pm and 1:15 pm.  This service is for all children at home, ages 18 and under, who reside in the Grantsburg School District.  You will receive 1 breakfast and 1 hot lunch for each child registered.  ALL MEALS ARE FREE.  We will follow the District Calendar. When there is no school there will be no curbside service.

The first curbside service will start on Tuesday, September 8 and will run through December 23, 2020.

PLEASE FILL OUT THIS SURVEY as soon as possible to secure your meals.  Any deviations from your schedule must be emailed to Lara Lerud, Food Services Director,  lleru@gk12.net  by 8:00 am the day of the change.

This curbside meal service is provided at no cost to you- available to all current students and any child under the age of 18 in the Grantsburg School District, regardless of their affiliation with the school.
