INSTRUCTIONS for Parents/Guardians and Students:
Complete this Summer School Registration Form to request a summer school course. Guidance counsellors will register students online using the Ontario eLearning Consortium registration system (PRISM).
A student may only be registered for ONE Summer School course of any kind in the July Summer School Session (i.e., one In-Class Reach Ahead course or one eLearning course.)
There are three modes of delivery for the 2024 summer school programs:
1) In Person/Face to Face (2 sites: Gloucester HS and Sir Robert Borden HS)
July 4th-26th 8:30am to 3:35 pm daily
2) Virtual (Synchronous) July 4th-26th 8:30am to 3:35 pm daily
3) Elearning (Asynchronous - *July 3rd-July 31st- independent learning/flexible hours with daily tasks required)
*elearning dates may vary - depending on course provider.

OCDSB Summer School websitePLEASE monitor your email to verify details of your registration. It is normal and expected that all students are "waitlisted" as a first step; registration emails will follow as placements occur.
If plans change and you cannot attend summer school, or if you withdraw after summer school has started, please be sure to inform your guidance counsellor immediately.
Students are expected to attend the full summer school session (110 hours) and to be in Canada during the duration of the session.
