Private Lesson Info - Fall Festival 2022
Tell us about your Private Lesson with Dan Saab or Artoor Voskanian during October 2022! This form is due a minimum of 7 days before your appointment time. Please wait to submit this form until you have confirmed all participating members so that this is accurate!

For payment, a credit card must be placed on file in order to reserve your private lesson. Only one person needs to reserve the lesson, but all participants must have accounts created and credit cards placed on file. We will reach out to you to take care of additional enrollments and splitting the payment the week of.

Enrollment MUST be taken care of the week of -- changes to private lesson attendees cannot be made the same day.
