The Florida Blue Key Tournament at the University of Florida is committed to providing an equitable, enjoyable and prestigious tournament. The Florida Blue Key Tournament prohibits any and all forms of harassment or discrimination. In an effort to create a safe and enjoyable environment of competition for all students, any participants, coaches, or judges who believe they may be a victim of harassment or discrimination should contact the Equity Team immediately. Upon receipt of the form, we will swiftly contact all parties involved. Any individual or group of individuals that is found to have violated this policy, will be subject to the full range of sanctions, up to and including removal from the tournament.

The Equity Team consists of the Florida Blue Key Speech and Debate Executive Board, a Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Gator Guard, and an alumni representative from the University of Florida.
