As we begin to plan for next year, it is important for us to project the number of students that we will have at each grade level. This intake form will request your child's projected status for next year. We’ll ask you to note whether you plan to return to Salk or if you may be moving. Please note: if you are staying @ Salk, but will be moving out of district, you’ll need to complete a School of Choice (SOC) form.
