What is the cost for personal training?
Training for ONE person
30 minutes = $28 + tax
60 minutes = $56 + tax
Training for TWO people
30 minutes: $16.50 + tax each
60 minutes: $33 + tax each
**There are also options for small groups, families, etc. Please connect with us for pricing!

How do I pay?
If you are comfortable, we can put your credit card on file and charge it for you! Or you can pay with debit, credit, or cash for each session or for a certain number of sessions.

What is a typical session like?
It depends - on what you are looking for, your level, and your goals! Typically we will start with a warm up and then move into a strength portion followed by a higher intensity portion. We focus on a variety of elements of fitness (cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy)!

What do I need to bring to my session?
Comfortable/athletic clothing, clean shoes, and a water bottle would be ideal! We have bathrooms/showers for you to change when you arrive if needed. On your first day, come a few minutes early so you can fill out our waiver form.
