Dear All,
Inspired by King George V School's annual Christmas Refugee Party, UNICEF Club at HKU is hosting a Christmas Celebration this December. Collaborating with Christian Action and Inner City Ministries (details at the bottom), the Christmas Celebration aims to allow underprivileged children, asylum seekers, and ethnic minorities in Hong Kong to experience the joys of receiving gifts and celebrating Christmas.
We would like you to take part in the event and be our Advocates at the Christmas Celebration! Volunteers will play a crucial role in supporting this event by organising the gifts, engaging with our participants, and ensuring that the event is smoothly delivered.
Event details are as follows -
Date and time: December 21st (0830 - 1630)
(TBC) Volunteer Briefing Session on December 20th (morning/afternoon - time/venue currently not set)
Location: King George V School (2 Tin Kwong Road, Ho Man Tin)
Further directions and instructions will be given in the subsequent confirmation email.
Participants' demographic: 5 - 11 years old, accompanied by their parents.

Sign-up deadline: December 11th, 2019
