Please properly fill out the registration form for your child, we are currently only accepting players born from 2016 (U8), 2017 (U7), 2018 (U6), and 2019 (U5). After completing the form please send the appropriate amount of $100 per child registered via Venmo for early registration. Starting March 2, 2024 registration cost will go up to $150(

An email confirmation with your responses should be sent to your email after submitting this form. Once we receive full payment of each registration via Venmo expect to receive an email from atleticosjfc19@gmail.com confirming your child's registration completed .

This will avoid confusion of who the payment is covering.
March 25 will be the first day for U5-U6 and March 27 will be the first day for U7-U8 from 4pm to 5:15pm, field to be confirmed around West San Jose. Last day for early registration fee is February 23, 2024.
