Supplementary Information Form - Pupil Premium

Holyport College's admissions policy states that it 20% of children admitted in each year group are in receipt of Pupil Premium (including children eligible for the Pupil Premium through the first four priority criteria in the admissions policy). The distance tie break will be used when the number of pupils in each year who are eligible for the Pupil Premium2exceeds 20%.   

This form requests that in the event of oversubscription, your son or daughter be considered for admission to Holyport College on the grounds of eligibility for Pupil Premium at the closing date for submission of the Common Application Form, or eligibility within the previous six years. You should only complete if:

• you have named Holyport College on the Common Application Form, and

• your son/daughter was in receipt of Free School Meals (Pupil Premium) on 31 October 2024 or was eligible for free school meals between 31 October 2018 and 31 October 2024 and/or

• your son/daughter has been previously looked after by a local authority or other state care, including children adopted from state care or equivalent from outside England and Wales

• your son/daughter qualifies for Service Pupil Premium as the child of service personnel

As service personnel, my son/daughter qualifies for Service Pupil Premium.

Pupils are eligible for SPP if they meet one of the following criteria:

- one of their parents is serving in the regular armed forces (including pupils with a parent who is on full commitment as part of the full-time reserve service)

- they have been registered as a ‘service child’ on a school census in the past 6 years (see below the ‘DfE’s ever 6 service child measure’)

- one of their parents died while serving in the armed forces and the pupil receives a pension under the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme or the War Pensions Scheme

- one of their parents is in the armed forces of another nation and is stationed in England
