The
American Circus Alliance (ACA) will host 4-6 week project-based mentor/mentee partnerships taking place June 5th -August 14th, 2023. Mentors and mentees will work together on a specific project identified by the mentee and mutually agreed upon. Meetings will be a minimum of once per week and a maximum of 3 times per week, as agreed upon by the mentors and mentees. The ACA will support the participants' collaborations by pairing the participants, defining the parameters for the exchange, helping the partnerships to identify their projects, and hosting initial and closure meetings.
