Players requesting a transfer from one JCL club to another, please fill in the below information.
This form applies to players who wish to play for a different club in 2020 to the last club they played for (2019 or previous).
The JCL committee will respond to your request within 5 working days.
If the request is approved, a transfer fee of ￥2000 will apply to the club the player transfers to.
