Quality Assurance of Teachers’ Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
The Chartered College of Teaching, Teacher Development Trust and Sheffield Institute of Education are recruiting a range of CPD providers to take part in the testing cycles of a pilot project which seeks to develop a quality assurance (QA) system for teacher professional development in England.

Having developed a rigorously evidence-based set of criteria designed to test providers' systems, processes and quality mechanisms, as well as the quality of content, delivery and impact related to specific courses or services, we now seek to trial these criteria through a developmental process which will involve you or your organisation being supported to submit a portfolio of evidence to be assessed by a panel of trained peer-reviewers.
