2023 Car Show Registration

The Four Seasons Festival Car Show is scheduled for Saturday, July 15th 12:00 PM-3:00 PM in The Water's Edge parking lot and along 1st Street between Broadway and Van Dorn Streets. Awards for "Best in Show" and "People's Choice" will be announced at 3:30PM at The Water's Edge patio along Broadway Street.

Participants are encouraged to also enter into the Four Seasons Festival parade prior to the car show. If participating in the parade, vehicles will be given priority spaces during the car show.

Waiver & Release of Liability
As a participant in the Four Seasons Festival Car Show, I agree not to start, operate, or move any part of a vehicle including but not limited to the engine, hydraulics, stereos, or associated parts. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Polk City, the City of Polk City, the Four Seasons Festival Committee, Water's Edge Bar and Grill, and all associated organizations, businesses, and persons (officers, agents, employees, and volunteers) from any liability including, but not limited to, accident, theft, fire, loss, or injury of/to any vehicle or person while participating in the Four Seasons Festival Car Show.

Rules and Safety Precautions
1. Participants must register at least 48 hours before the car show. Registration is limited to 50 vehicles. Registration will close when 50 vehicles are registered OR on Thursday, July 13 at 12:00PM, which ever comes first.
2. Check-in will occur with Dina inside The Water's Edge starting at 11:00AM on Saturday, July, 15th. All vehicles must be checked in by 11:45AM to participate. Access to the car show grounds will be closed after 11:45AM. 
3. No one is permitted to operate any part of a vehicle during the car show including, but not limited to, hydraulic systems, stereos, and engines. This means all vehicles MUST remain parked until awards are complete at 3:30PM.
4. The Four Seasons Festival and The Water's Edge will provide vehicle information posters for the windshield of each vehicle. All details will come from this registration form. Please check the information prior to submitting.
5. Participants must enter and exit using the western most exit of The Water's Edge parking lot. Due to street closures and Four Seasons Festival activities, a map is provided to guide participants to the car show (marked with a GREEN STAR. Vehicles participating in the parade, the parade route is marked in GREEN. Follow the PURPLE route to the car show. Vehicles NOT participating in the parade, follow the RED route.
