2022 Hurlstone Park Wanderers Team Formation/Grading Registration

Complete this form if you wish to put your name down for participation in Team Formation/Grading sessions.  In 2022, we will be conducting sessions for the following age groups:
• Mixed - U8-13
• Boys - U14-18
• Men's - All Age/BBC
• Girls – U9-16
• Women's - All Age/GMT, O35

In age groups between U8 and U14, we encourage ALL players in those age groups to attend. If you have any queries (eg. have a pre-existing friendship group team already formed), please contact your Age Coordinator for clarification.

All sessions will be held at Ewen Park, Tennent Pde, Hurlstone Park.  

Note: To confirm your placement in a team, you MUST be a fully paid registered player by the time the teams are finalised (approx 2 -4 weeks after these sessions).

The age group is determined by the age the player turns in 2022. For example, if a players turns 9 during 2022, they are in U9s. Players are able to play 2 age group up, but not down.
