2023 Flower Power Invite Leotard Order Form
Hello Flower Power 2023 Teams - FP IS FULL!  Please complete the following Custom FP Leotard Form to ensure your athletes receive their meet gift - a custom Flower Power leotard to remember their competition at FP and something they can wear all year long.

The 2023 FP leotard brand is Go for the Gold Leotards, a favorite of the gymnasts!

Please Submit ALL Gymnast Leotard Sizes by December 20th, 2022 to allow for on time delivery for our competition.  Leotards are NOT guaranteed for LATE ENTRIES after 12/20/22. No size changes or additional leotards will be ordered after this date. Thank you for joining us and for your cooperation.

If you are ordering specific individual assigned sizes, please bring that list for your reference only as CAG will be distributing By Team, By Session, By Size Totals ONLY.  We will not have a record of individual athlete sizes. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.  We look forward to having you at Flower Power 2023!
