If there is some reason you would prefer not to use this form, please call us to do this verbally over the phone or in person.

Of course, we will be asking what you can offer us---but we'd like to share what we can do for you! You'll be joining a collegial, sex positive organization that prides itself on social justice and advancing health and well-being for everyone. You'll have the opportunity to learn if you're keen to explore non-profits, fundraising, grants, professional development, and more.

And yes, we do have Board of Directors' insurance!

Agreements for Board Members
We do have some expectations for our Board Members. We like to be transparent, so you know how we operate and how we work to protect our organization, staff, volunteers, and clients.
I understand there may be a criminal record check or child abuse registry check as part of regular board screening depending on my responsibilities. We will still consider folks with past convictions, depending on the nature of the offense, if you're willing to share that information with us. *
I understand I will need to be a member of the society, adhere to its mission and values, sign a confidentiality agreement, and abide by our Code of Conduct. *
I understand that we are currently operating in a pandemic world, and may have to follow shared responsibilities to keep us all safe, which may include masking, vaccination, and screening tools, as needed for in person meetings and events. *
We often meet around 6pm in person at our office in Bridgewater, or by Zoom, or by doing both. We do have some flexibility.
