G3 accepts new members based upon (1)your written application and (2)your commitment. Fall welcomes our "rookie" class. Take the application and rookie period seriously, but don't stress out. Do your best, and we will do our best to find the right spot for you on the team.

We are looking for a diverse group of passionate young people. Prior knowledge is not required.  Passion and willingness to learn are more important.
