MHS 2020-2021 Course Request Change Form

Morse plans to start the 2020-2021 school year with the least amount of schedule changes possible. In an attempt to do this, we are asking ALL students to review their course requests PRIOR to the beginning of the school year. Please understand that not all requests will be accommodated; it will be based on availability and administration approval.

The deadline for making a course request change will be August 28, 2020. We are asking students to use this form ONCE. So please list all of your requested changes on this ONE form. Please do NOT submit multiple forms.

We are asking all students to go to PowerSchool and FIRST check the courses scheduled for the 2020-21 school year. Here is a job aid to help students view their COURSE REQUESTS. At this late date, students will NOT be able to make changes to their COURSE REQUESTS via PowerSchool. They will have to fill out THIS form in order to make course request changes.
