Completing this form doesn't guarantee the ability to participate in the incoming Freshman Summer Health/PE courses that will be offered virtually. Information provided will be used to determine if you meet the eligibility requirements and if selected you will receive a phone call confirmation. There will be a brief enrollment meeting for students selected to go over Edgenuity, login information, and requirements for completion. Date for meeting will be provided when students are made aware of acceptance into the program.
