The Education program in corporate governance is a joint INSEAD and UCGA project. Board Direction is therefore based upon best practices and case studies from  INSEAD, London Business School, and Harvard. The program is on par with executive education programs at the best global business schools.

The 2020 six-day program will be held in Kyiv according to such schedule:

2 days - August 28-29
2 days - September 18-19
2 days - October 2-3

The course is designed for shareholders, current and future board members, C-level managers, and government officials that have responsibility for and influence decisions on corporate governance in private, public companies, and SOEs.

The content of the course should be of special interest to individuals either seeking to establish a board or wishing to improve the performance of an existing board as a director, owner, investor, executive, or regulator.
