2021 Hudson High School Swing Marching Band Camp will be at Hudson Middle School - Sunday July 25th to Friday July 30th

Your directors and Music Association are completing plans for the 2021 band camp.  We hope you are looking forward to this week of learning music, marching, team building, and fun. The purpose of this camp is to prepare the Hudson High School "SWING" Marching Band for the 2021 fall marching season. Band camp is a prerequisite for participation in band.


REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
On-Line registration and payment by check are due June 1, 2021.  

SPECIAL NOTICE CONCERNING PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS:
Please also return FORM 2340 F4 PAGE 1 OF 2 if your child will be taking prescription medications during band camp or the marching season.  These medications, if needed while at Band Camp, will be administered by trained staff.  This form is to be completed and signed by the family doctor and returned to Ed Evans by July 1, 2021 at the address below.  Without this form, NO prescription Medications will be administered and should not be sent with the student.  A paper copy of this form is included in the band camp handout.

All students who use an inhaler or might need to use an Epi pen must carry these items with them at all times.

Forms and checks can also be dropped off at the above address, but please put them IN THE BOX ON THE FRONT PORCH.  Any forms dropped off in the mail box may be confiscated by the mail carrier.
