responsibility for any damage that may occur to people and things before,
during and after the event. Furthermore, by the very fact of his
registration, the participant declares to consider the organizers relieved
from any civil and criminal liability for any damage caused to himself, to

or those containing data that do not correspond to the truth.
During the route the participant is required to observe the highway code
and must wear the required personal protective clothing: helmet, gloves and
laced shoes. It is mandatory to follow the general and specific regulations
of the event and also the directives given by the organizers during the
BRIEFING must be followed.
PRIVACY - The photos,
videos and drone shots may be published in: newspapers, exhibitions,
competitions, advertising, the internet, in a context that does not
compromise personal dignity and decorum, respecting the legal provisions of
the GDPR of 25.05 .2018 on privacy. The information provided by the
participant is protected by the GDPR of 05.25.2018, containing provisions for
the protection of people and other subjects with respect to the processing of
personal data and will be stored in a manner suitable to guarantee security
and confidentiality.
By registering, each participant, providing
their personal details, accepts and signs what is reported.

DECLINO DI RESPONSABILITA’ – L’organizzazione declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni che possono verificarsi a persone e cose prima, durante e dopo la manifestazione. Inoltre, per il fatto stesso della sua iscrizione, il partecipante dichiara di ritenere gli organizzatori sollevati da ogni responsabilità civile e penale per qualsiasi danno accorso a se stesso, a terzi e alle cose di terzi e per dichiarazioni mendaci o contenenti dati non corrispondenti al vero.
Durante il percorso il partecipante è tenuto ad osservare il codice della strada e deve indossare gli indumenti di protezione personale previsti: Casco, Guanti e scarpe allacciate. E’ obbligatorio seguire i regolamenti generali e particolari specifici della manifestazione e inoltre vanno seguite le direttive impartite dagli organizzatori durante i BRIEFING.
PRIVACY - Le foto, i video, le riprese col drone, potranno essere pubblicati su: giornali, mostre, concorsi, pubblicità, internet, in un contesto che non pregiudichi la dignità personale ed il decoro, rispettando i sensi di legge del GDPR del 25.05.2018 in materia di privacy. Le informazioni fornite dal partecipante sono protette dal GDPR del 25.05.2018, recante disposizioni a tutela delle persone e degli altri soggetti rispetto al trattamento dei dati personali e saranno conservate in modo idoneo a garantire sicurezza e riservatezza.
Con l’iscrizione ogni partecipante, fornendo le proprie generalità, accetta e sottoscrive quanto riportato.
