Zendesk User Testing - Organization Merge

These interviews will be run via Zoom and take approximately 60 minutes. During this time, the Zendesk folks on the call will ask you a series of questions about your experience using organizations in your Zendesk. This session will also be recorded and notes will be taken. If you are happy to still participate in user testing for Organization Merge, please select "Yes" in the question following this section.

Please note: as this interview will be run via a Zoom video call, you will need to use a device that is compatible with Zoom that will allow screen share. A normal laptop or desktop computer running Windows or Mac will be perfectly fine.
