1. Pre-register by completing this Google form; no participation fees apply.

2. Categories:

   a) Category A: Participants aged 7 and below (Born after 1  January 2017).
   b) Category B: Participants aged 8 to 12 years old (Born between 1 January 2012, and 31 December 2016).

3. Contest Description:

   This is a Colouring Contest where participants will enhance the provided artwork (supplied by the Organizer) using their unique creativity.

4. Contest Duration:

   The allotted time for Category A is 1 hour, and for Category B is 1.5 hours.

5. Colouring Sheet Size:

   Category A will receive an A4-sized colouring sheet, while Category B participants will receive an A3-sized sheet.

6. Allowed Colouring Materials:

Only Crayons, magic colours, and pencil colours are permitted for use. Watercolours are not allowed. Participants are required to bring their own colouring tools, and their own tables and chairs if they prefer. Please contact Melvin at 016-2337652 should you need clarification on this requirement.

7. Participants are strictly prohibited from using reference books or sketchbooks during the contest.

8. Judging Criteria:

The judging process will be based on originality, artistic merit, and the expression of the theme. The judges’ decision is final. All participants must exhibit good sportsmanship. This includes accepting competition results with grace and respect for fellow competitors. Hateful, degrading, or disrespectful comments related to the competition or its results will not be tolerated.

1st Runner-Up   : RM 200 Cash & Prizes
2nd Runner-Up  : RM 100 Cash & Prizes
Consolations x5  : RM 50 worth of prizes each
*Comprised of 50% Cash & 50% Prizes

Category B

1st Runner-Up   : RM 200 Cash & Prizes

Note: The Organiser(s) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at the event without the expressed written permission of those individuals included within the photograph/video. The Organiser(s) may utilize the photograph/video in publications or other media materials produced, used, or contracted by them, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

Any individual attending the event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should communicate their preferences to the photographer and/or the event organisers.
