Supreme Athletics Royalty Drop Form
PLEASE NOTE: Per updated policy, you must submit a drop form on or before the 25th of the month. Submitting a drop form by the 25th is the only way to guarantee you will not be charged tuition for the following month.
Drop forms filled out between the 26th-30th or 31st will result in the parent or guardian being charged and responsible for 50% of class tuition.
For example, if a drop form is filled out on the 28th of the month for a $59 tumble class the parent/guardian will be charged and responsible for $29.50 (50% tuition). In this example, we would still drop the athlete per request as well.
Drop forms filled out on the 1st of the month will be charged 100% tuition as it was not submitted before the 1st.
For example, a parent fills out a drop form on June 1st but no longer wishes to be enrolled in June will still result in the parent being charged 100% tuition. (As a reminder we charge on the 1st of each month).
In this example, we would still drop the athlete per request as well.
Families who forget to fill out a drop form altogether would also be charged full price and would need to fill out a drop form to ensure you are not charged again.
There are no refunds and no exceptions.
Anyone wishing to be dropped from a class must submit an online drop form. Calling, emailing, or notifying the front desk is not sufficient and will not result in your child being dropped from class.
Please keep in mind we determine our coaches schedules/hours based off of our active enrollments as of the 25th of each month. This gives us 5-6 days to make any necessary changes to our coaches schedules/hours and why we request drop forms be submitted by the 25th of each month.
