YOU MUST BE A LICENSED INDIANA ATTORNEY IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE

INDIANA SUPREME COURT.

Your submission of this application for general membership is considered to be a statement under oath that you are eligible for General Membership. Any applications found to not meet the above criteria will be rejected.
