In TRACK - Click on Configuration (gear icon in the top right) > Click on the Company Setup tab > Click "API Keys > "Click "+ Server Key" at the top right > Enter a name for the key, e.g. "KeyData Server Key" > Click "Save Key" > We'll need your Endpoint URL, ServerKey, and ServerSecret. These can be recorded in the following questionnaire fields. Did you get the needed information?  We do NOT need Channel Keys. *

Do you use either of the following? If so, please send us (implementation@keydatadashboard.com) a spreadsheet showing the Property IDs from your PMS as well as the VRBO or Airbnb URLs associated with each. These will be used to properly identify your properties in your OTA Supply data. *

Please list the Guest Types that you use for your reservations.  Normally for Guests would be things like Guest|Airbnb|VRBO|Owner Referral, etc. It's the stay types that you use for a paying guest. *
Please list the Owner Types that you use for your reservations.  For Owners it would be things like Owner|Guest of Owner, etc. It's the stay types that you use for a non-paying owner (or guest of owner).  *
Please list the Hold Types that you use for your units.  For Holds it may just be Maintenance Hold|Housekeeping Hold, etc. It's the stay types that you use when you need to block a unit, but not for an actual stay. 
When you remove blocks, do you delete them are archive them?  *
Have you switched property management systems since 2021? If yes, what system did you previously use? *
