We are seeking a Retail Associate to become an integral part of our team!

Position is intended for the months of May-August.

We are a family owned business, serving the area for over 30 years with a high value on positive relationships between staff members and customers.

You will get the opportunity to work with a diverse group of customers, learn about pool maintenance and care, as well as be given opportunities to grow in store management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and identify customer needs
  • Explain products and services to customers
  • Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Maintain cleanliness of the store

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Self motivated to complete projects

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Based upon experience

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License with a 2 year Clean Record (Required)
