Thank you for your interest in ILS 2022 Seminar Planning Committee! This application is for all Seminar Planning Committee Directors and Assistant Directors.

General Responsibilities:
- Facilitate department meetings (in person or via email/zoom) throughout the year in development and preparation for Seminar weekend.
- Responsible for implementation of new ideas within the committee and goals for the department, outside of seminar weekend.
- Create opportunities for leadership development within department subject areas (i.e., train committee members to understand/master tasks within the department, progress leadership development within the department, etc.)
- Aid in selecting staff for Seminar weekend, where applicable
- Submit updates and reports to the Seminar Chair regarding forward progression of the department and to be the ultimate overseer to ensure all required deliverables of the department are completed on a monthly basis.
- Meet with the Seminar Chair and other Directors on a monthly basis. Submit any department needs to the Seminar Chair.

We DO NOT know how Seminar will look like this year! There are multiple options with different sub-options as well!

Director of Recruitment will be consolidated with Director of Administration (Adwin) for this year.

For any of these positions some experience is preferred, BUT NOT necessary. Please note, Staff Teams and Programming Team are not currently considered as overnight Seminar weekend positions. These positions will have the opportunity to apply to be a coach or other positions, and therefore spend the weekend onsite in that capacity.
