As we continue to make plans for school reopening for the 2020-2021 school year, it is very important that we collect as much information as possible from our parents and guardians. The safety and health of our students and staff is our priority, and your opinions are extremely important in the decision making process. We ask that you complete the survey separately for each of your children attending Madison District Public Schools.Thank you for your valuable input!
