A $500 deposit is required to hold your space in our retreat at Santillan. A full refund of the deposit will be given for cancellations made in writing before Jan 9, 2024.

After January 9, 2024, the $500 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Final payment is due on April 9, 2024. For cancellations by the registrant after April 9, 2024, THERE IS NO REFUND.

In the event that we are forced to cancel our program due to pandemic, other natural disaster or insufficient registrations, a FULL REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS WILL BE GIVEN. However, we WILL NOT be held responsible for refund of airline tickets, ticket change fees or other travel expenses. For these reasons we STRONGLY URGE that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.

We must stress the importance of travel Insurance again. Each year we have at least one participant that needs to cancel, and without travel insurance you may lose a significant investment.
