South Shore Charter Public School Community Service Form - Level I

Dear SSCPS Families,

Thank you for your assistance in helping your child complete their community service. All Level I students are asked to complete 5 or more acts of community service by June 1, 2024. To make record-keeping easier for families, students, and teachers, we have created this form for families to use.

One form must be completed for each act of community service
You will receive a copy of your submission via email for your records
Community service opportunities are listed every week in the Weekly Update and on our website
Questions regarding what constitutes community service, please contact John Toland or your child's teacher for clarification

Many community service opportunities welcome family participation. Please feel free to share that information with us as well. As service is an important part of our mission, we are always excited to learn about the terrific work that goes on at home and in the community.
