When submitting requests, keep in mind that in most instances our ensembles need a minimum of 90 days and preferable 4-6 months lead time to organize extra outside of school performances. When scheduling our performing groups, we need to consider our competition schedule, school events and most importantly, our student’s academic and family needs.
