Certificate of Completion
A Certificate of Completion is awarded when the training is completed and all requirements have been met:
* Attend all hours of all sessions of the training.
* Be an active participant.
* Pass the final teaching presentation.

Make-Up Policy

Make-up hours must be pre-approved and may come at an additional cost to the student.

Tuition: $795 (rate includes $200 non-refundable deposit)

A $200 non-refundable deposit, and this completed application, secures your spot in the program. The deposit will be applied towards your total tuition. Your full tuition is due two weeks before the program start date. The program includes all SUP equipment for the duration of the training, a Training Manual that you keep, and a Certificate of Completion.

Payment can be made in either of the following ways:
* Cash
* Check made payable to Christine Malmborg Yoga LLC, and mailed to PO Box 721 Colorado Springs, CO 80901
* Zelle
* ApplePay
* Venmo (3% fee)
* PayPal (3% fee)
* Credit Card (3% fee)

Replacement certificate: $25

Once your payment and completed application are received, you will be sent an invoice, plus information on how to prepare.

Refund Policy

Should you wish to cancel prior to the start of the program, payments are refundable, minus your deposit and a $100 administration fee. Once the program commences, there are no refunds or credits on any payments made. This includes full or partial payments.
