2022 -  CAMP WEEKEND!  #2 - June 10-12 :   Sponsored by the Miami County Ag Society
The 2022 "Camp Weekend" is located at the Miami County Fairgrounds 650 N Co Rd 25-A, Troy, Ohio. This camp weekend reservation is for ELECTRIC ONLY sites ( 30 amp or 50 amp available) and is for the time period of Friday through Sunday on each of the Selected Weekends. Extra nights available upon request. In the event you have one or more campers joining your group the reservations are not complete without payment being made to hold your group sites together.

Camp Rules
Campers must be 12 feet apart from nose to tail
Awning to Awning allowed but must not touch and have 15 feet between.
No open fires permitted. Fires must be contained and not in the grass. Ashes and/or left-over wood must be removed. Container for ashes located next to the Camp Office.  
Restrooms with showers located in the Duke Lundgard Building.
Keep area at campsite free of trash. Please place bagged trash in the large cans located in the Camp Area or there is a dumpster located at the maintenance barn located next to the Horse barn.
Respectful parking in your area or close to.
When Allowed, Insured Golf carts must have site number card from camp office. Licensed driver only. GOLF CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE HORSE RACETRACK, ARENA’S OR AROUND RACEHORSE BARNS
Quiet time is Midnight to 8:00 am– no golf carts out during this time. After dark Golf carts must have lights on.
All alcoholic beverages must be discrete and kept in coolers.
Dogs must always be on a leash and cleaned up after. Dangerous dogs and/or excessive barking will not be tolerated.
*All campers must come prefilled with water. IF you need water there is a $25 charge to fill fresh tank. This is CITY WATER, and we are charged for water usage.  Please see Grounds staff to get permission to fill and pay for water.

Activities and Check in Information
There will be planned activities that may or may not include Bingo, group yard games, music and dancing etc.  
You will receive a schedule at check in!

Dogs on a leash welcome to camp with the family. BUT... IF APPLICABLE... Not allowed in special events area.  Please be aware of those around you and always clean up after your pet. Dogs that seem aggressive or bark excessively will be asked to leave.

Early Set Up
Early drop off and set up $5.00 additional charge for electric and early set up. If staying in the unit for the extra day(s) you will be required to pay an additional nightly fee of $30 for 30 amp or %40 for 50 amp.
Friday
9:00 am– Camper Check in Begins. Enter at the Duke Gate and stop to check in. Pre– Registration will be required.
