Nature Guides Peer Mentor Application
Peer Mentor Application Requirements:

Conservation Biology & Ecology peer mentors are sophomore, junior, or senior undergraduates who will contact and informally advise ASU underclassmen and/or transfer students who have declared an interest in the Conservation Biology & Ecology concentration. As a peer mentor, you are expected to uphold the values of ASU and -- to the best of your abilities -- provide basic academic and professional insight about strategies for success and opportunities within the Conservation Biology & Ecology program. Because no single student will know all of the relevant information within a program, mentors will be introduced to a network of upper-division students and will be provided with -- and contribute to -- a Conservation Biology & Ecology peer mentor handbook.

If accepted, I agree to be a peer mentor for BOTH FALL 2020 & SPRING 2021 semesters. I understand that I must enroll in BIO 499 (for 1 credit) and will be assigned a letter grade at the end of each semester based off the rubric described in the course syllabus which will be provided to you at the beginning of each semester.
