We have not gotten our staffing allocations for next year, but I suspect classroom FTE will stay the same at 21 classrooms, which does not allow every grade level with four section to move up a grade level. Let me know your thoughts on class configurations and what you think our priorities should be for classified and/or licensed staffing.

Regarding the master schedule, what do you like and/or dislike about this year's schedules? What would you like to see in next year’s master schedule (Specialists, Title 1, supervision, SPED, grade level A/B/C/D schedules, academic & SEL time allocations, etc.)? Should we follow the same process as last year for building the master schedule or make changes to that process?

Any other thoughts you’d like to share? (staffing, schedule, topics for this year, things I could do better, etc.)
