We enjoy being hospitable. This form is required to begin the process to book church space usage. Our Church Staff has the authority to grant one-time usage. Any requests for multiple or long-term usage go through our Church Trustees, in which case you may be asked to submit a cover letter and proof of insurance.

Room Reservation Guidelines
  1. Fees are non-negotiable.
  2. Services may be recorded upon request.
  3. Sound Technician is for use of church sound system only.
  4. Minimum deposit of 50% is required to reserve space.
  5. Make checks payable to First Christian Church of Decatur.
  6. Total balance is due two days prior to event.
