Woodlawn Chess Club Spring 2024
This club is open to all students in grades 1- 8! Beginners are welcome and will focus on basic strategies. More advanced students will work on tactics & techniques to win. Everyone will have fun and learn something new. We meet every Monday, from 3:20-4:20, January 22rd - April 29th, unless there is no school that day. Cost is $375 for the semester, non-refundable. All materials provided. Taught by Jessica Martin, author, director of OTCB, and former number one ranked woman in NC.
