The Pilot Grove C-4 School District is working to develop re-entry plans for the 2020-2021 school year. We would like your feedback in order to help us better prepare for the upcoming school year. Please complete and submit the survey by Wednesday, July 22, 2020.

The school district is developing re-entry plans to allow our students to safely return to school. Plans include measures to mitigate health risks including: social distancing practices, student option to wear face masks, frequent hand washing and hygiene instruction, increased cleaning and sanitation and sanitation stations. Based on this information, please select one of the following which best describes your situation. *

My child will return to school in a traditional model with the above described health measures encouraged.

I plan to seek other outside virtual/online options for my child and will not return to traditional school.
