從簡單伸展開始進行運動,預防肌肉流失, 增強心肺功能. Practise stretching, muscle training and cardio training without professional equipment.
義務導師Ling Kee:持有香港伸展教練、長跑教練、器械健體教練及徒手健身導師證書,曾為香港多間社福機構提供健身課程。Hong Kong Certified Instructor in Stretch, Bodyweight Training, Distance Running, and Resistance Training.
