2021-2022 School Year

Dear 8th Grade Parents/Guardians

All 8th grade students must elect to remain at Lakeview Leadership Academy (“Lakeview”) for 9th grade. If students do not elect to remain at Lakeview, they will automatically be rolled over to their neighborhood high school, Victor Valley High (“Victor”). To elect to remain at Lakeview, simply complete this form by February 28, 2021. All students who do not return this form by February 28, 2021 will automatically be rolled over to Victor on March 1, 2021.

Please be aware we will call you within the week to confirm your choice to enroll at Lakeview for 9th Grade.
