Use this form to request bundles of books for children under 12 years of age. If you have any questions about this form, please call the library at 252-331-2543. Staff is available to answer all questions and concerns from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Once your request is processed, a staff member will call you to confirm a pick-up time.
