We have singles, doubles, triples, and quads available for renting over the summer.

The building is a beautiful four-story brownstone located in the Back Bay neighborhood, less than 200 feet from the Kenmore T station. Fenway Park and Newbury Street are a short 5-minute walk away. The fraternity owns a house next door that will be home to our Summer Housing Manager, who will be on call to respond to any issues renters may have.

Each double, triple, and quad comes with their own small kitchenette (fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, and oven) and bathroom. Beds in most rooms are lofted, leaving lots of floor space. Singles are attached to the larger rooms, meaning they share a kitchen and bathroom with the larger room.

Air conditioning units are available free of charge for renters that do not have one. The building has a washer and dryer. Parking is not provided. Bikes can be stored in the first floor of the building.
